Job Description
Full-Cycle Recruitment Own end-to-end recruiting for roles across technical and business functions from intake to offer close, leveraging AI-enabled workflows to drive efficiency at every stage. Continuously audit and refine interview rubrics, assessments, and scoring guides — proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks in calibration, candidate throughput, and offer conversion. Track and report on comprehensive metrics, including: time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, candidate and hiring manager NPS, and source effectiveness. Model Hinge's values in every interaction: owning outcomes, sharing honest feedback, and continuously raising the bar for the team. Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, niche communities, industry events, university partnerships, and direct outreach to build and maintain a healthy pipeline at every stage. Build and maintain diverse pipelines by crafting inclusive job descriptions, partnering with DEI-focused organizations, HBCUs, and HSIs, and attending diversity-specific events and conferences. Audit candidate funnel data at each stage to identify representation gaps, implement evidence-based interventions, and coach hiring teams on inclusive interview practices, structured evaluation criteria, and bias mitigation techniques. Develop and execute targeted recruitment marketing campaigns via LinkedIn, niche platforms, and social media that authentically showcase Hinge's culture and mission. 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in tech, consumer apps, or a high-growth environment. Proven track record hiring for technical and business functions across a variety of disciplines. Strong command of sourcing tools (or similar AI-powered talent platforms), Boolean search techniques, and hands-on experience creating AI-powered workflows for recruiting operations. Demonstrated ability to use recruiting metrics to drive decision-making and present insights to leadership. Experience building and executing DEI sourcing and hiring programs with measurable outcomes. Excellent stakeholder management skills, comfortable advising senior leaders and navigating ambiguity. High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust quickly with candidates and business partners. Experience developing or refining structured interview processes, scorecards, and competency-based evaluation frameworks. Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday. Background recruiting at a tech or mobile-first company. Knowledge of New York compensation structures and geographic pay considerations.
