Financial Analyst

Assist with monthly accounting close processes: Collaborate with company departments and accounting to determine monthly accruals Analyze accrual vs actual variances by vendor/account Assist with capitalized labor month end process: Coordinate cross-functional efforts with engineering teams to identify capitalizable labor projects and track status through completion Manage the capitalized labor forecast Support monthly operating expense forecasting, variance analysis, metrics reporting, and departmental cost budgeting Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or general business management 2-3 years of professional finance or accounting experience Proficient in advanced features of Excel, Google Sheets/Slides Team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail Competent in managing and analyzing complex financial and operational data Strong project management skills with the capacity to work independently and proactively A curiosity and desire to incorporate AI into daily tasks & operations Bonus points if you have in-house experience at a technology, consumer, or subscription-based company Bonus points if you have experience with Workday or Looker
