The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, demonstrating a warm and welcoming demeanor while efficiently managing multiple administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Manage scheduling and coordinate appointments and meetings efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area at all times.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about company services and policies.
  • Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
