Workers Compensation & Leave Case Manager
Job Description
The Workers’ Compensation & Leave Case Manager plays a key role in supporting employees through critical moments. In this role, you’ll manage FMLA, Paid Family Leave, disability, and Workers’ Compensation cases end-to-end, ensuring compliance, accurate documentation, and a smooth return-to-work process. You’ll partner with employees, leadership, and external stakeholders to coordinate care, track claims, and provide guidance on leave policies. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge of leave laws and experience managing high-volume caseloads in a fast-paced environment.
