Human Services Investigator/QA

The Human Services Investigator/QA plays a key role in ensuring accountability and compliance at Lifetime Assistance. This position investigates reports of abuse, neglect, theft, and other incidents, managing multiple cases at once while gathering documentation, interviewing staff and witnesses, and writing detailed investigative reports for internal and external review. The role requires strong writing, organization, integrity, and the ability to handle sensitive findings, including staff misconduct. Flexibility is essential, with occasional late-night or early-morning work. Preferred candidates bring backgrounds in criminal justice, OPWDD, or HR investigations.
