Job Description
WHAT’S ON YOUR PLATE?
- Enhance the training delivery effectiveness to ensure the riders are up to the level to support deals with our customers and vendors.
- Supervise the training teamwork from A to Z to ensure smoothness in the training delivery.
- Track the newbie's accounts activation process, starting from the application submission on Arara until the accounts are activated in compliance with the pre-agreed process.
- Develop the trainers’ profile through close observation of their common and individual opportunities and setting plans for improvement.
- Enhance the training materials to match our continuously raised standards from a time to deliver the best customer experience
- Collaboratively work with the Logistics quality team to conduct refreshment training for our riders who are not meeting the customers’ expectations.
- Act as a point of contact with the internal and regional stakeholders to collect the best practices and recommendations for the training materials enhancements.
- Ensure adequate training headcount, oversee the hiring process, and confirm team readiness prior to training delivery
- Collaboratively work with the acquisition team and align on the new month's target and do the needful for a smooth process.
- Act as a single point of contact with the dispatch "verification team" in regard to communicating any updates and reducing the re-submission rate.
- Collaboratively work with the third-party company that conducts the criminal inspection to ease the process, track their service level fulfillment, and validate the monthly invoice.
- Tracking and monitoring the Regional and local Kpis
- Ensure full compliance of rider onboarding documentation by validating, tracking, and maintaining all required records in line with company and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and improve regional compliance KPIs by identifying gaps, driving initiatives to increase document completion rates, and implementing engagement strategies that enhance overall country compliance performance
WHAT DID WE ORDER?
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- Good command of English
- Exp. in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Looker and Tableau is a plus
- Training of Trainers (TOT) certification preferred
- Strong project management skills.
