As the Control Room Management, Control Centre Specialist, you’ll lead and continuously elevate our Control Room Management (CRM) Program, setting the standard for alarm performance, competency, fatigue, information, and quality management
In this highly visible role, you’ll mentor a team, translate industry standards into practical performance, and build meaningful KPIs that drive safer, smarter operations. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and industry partners to help develop and implement best practices, represent Control Centre interests in projects and incident reviews, and identify opportunities to modernize how we work through new technologies and better data—so our controllers have the right information at the right time, every time
