PROVIDES CARE AND TREATMENT OF PATIENTS UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF SUPERVISORY PHYSICIAN ACCORDING TO THE BAPTIST PRIMARY CARE NURSE PRACTITIONER PROTOCOL.
