Overview We are seeking an Executive Assistant who is skilled in performing tasks such as clerical and related office functions. Core responsibilities include administrative duties including travel planning, expense reimbursement support, information and communications organization, meeting and event planning/execution. This role will sit in our Toronto office. How you'll make an impact Provides administrative support to senior executives and colleagues at various levels in our Toronto office. Manages scheduling; oversees team calendar; prepares internal/external correspondence; creates bi-weekly team meeting agendas and captures action items; assembles expense reports; enhances presentation materials; maintains/creates documents and templates. Acts as key contact for facilities in general: orders all office supplies; manages mail and all service requests; communicates with building management. Supports others executive assistants with general research, events, onboarding, and ad-hoc projects. Handles sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality; is a proactive self-starter with the ability to think ahead and effectively problem-solve, while also maintaining a collaborative team environment. Delivers professional and exceptional service to clients, prospects, industry partners, and senior management in other divisions.
