About this Position What you´ll do Develop and lead your own scientific research project within the field of hair coloration, fiber-polymer interactions or pigment technology - from hypothesis to final thesis Design experimental plans and methodologies relevant to your research question, with guidance from senior scientists Conduct hands-on laboratory experiments using state‑of‑the‑art equipment and analytical methods, e.g. Raman, FTIR, microscopy, rheology, TOF‑SIMS Critically analyze and interpret your data, derive meaningful scientific insights and propose next steps for validation Document your findings thoroughly in a structured way for both your academic thesis and internal R D reporting Present your progress in research meetings and discuss results with a multidisciplinary team, e.g. Formulation, Analytics, Material Science Explore innovative ideas and alternative solutions, contributing fresh scientific perspectives to ongoing innovation projects Prepare a final presentation of your thesis results to internal R D stakeholders
