Job Description
The Employee Restaurant Server is responsible for the quality of food served to hotel associates and for replenishing food items, as well as washing and replacing dishware for service. The employee restaurant server will also be responsible for some minor food preparation and for maintaining the cleanliness of the area.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar capacity in an equivalent property
Knowledge of food preparation
Food Safe certificate
Must have a passion for the profession
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Must be available to work weekends and evenings
