Job Description

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) preferred. A solid understanding of benefit plan(s) principles, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, and other domestic regulations related to benefits is required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment. Demonstrated ability to work well with team members and business colleagues in the delivery of benefit initiatives as assigned. $ - $ a year None LI-TM1 Process Improvement: Assist in identifying opportunities for process enhancements, collaborating on the development of more efficient benefits administration procedures. Special Projects & Research: Support research initiatives, benefit events, and special projects aimed at optimizing benefits offerings and administration.
