Production Superintendent

You will supervise day‑to‑day operations at a Linde hydrogen and nitrogen site, including Steam Methane Reformers, to ensure safe and reliable performance You shall train facility technicians, implement safety programs, and meet cost commitments while maintaining compliance with quality systems and governmental regulations In this role you will monitor unit operations, compressors, and supporting equipment to supply products safely and prevent unscheduled shutdowns Troubleshoot plant processes equipment problems and implementing solutions Take responsibility for writing and reviewing standard operating procedures and standard maintenance procedures to strengthen operational consistency and reliability Additionally, coordinate maintenance activities, ensure proper use of the maintenance management system, and drive optimization initiatives for safety, efficiency, and reliability Maintain QA program, facilitate customer and corporate audits Develop and maintain relationship/communication with the customer Furthermore, communicate effectively with technicians, maintenance teams, the facility manager, and business partners while scheduling technician work hours and evaluating direct reports
