Sales Account Specialist

Ansell is looking for a Sales Account Specialist to join our Medical team to join our team in Brussels, Belgium or UK, Remote.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing an existing account portfolio while driving new business across hospital departments outside the operating room. This is an individual contributor role with a strong hunting focus, working across multiple Western European markets depending on language capabilities and business needs.

What your role will be?
Generate and qualify new business opportunities across assigned territories, contributing to pipeline and revenue targets
Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, consultative selling, field visits, and events
Engage directly with end-users to drive demand and support distributor channel activation
Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers, marketing, product management, and clinical teams on campaigns, launches, and customer activities
Deliver product education, demonstrations, and consultative support to healthcare stakeholders
Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce and provide regular forecasting and reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and healthcare regulations
Gather and share market and competitive intelligence to support business decisions
What will you bring to Ansell?
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of commercial experience (sales, business development, or account management) with proven pipeline generation and quota achievement
Experience in B2B environments involving technical or regulated products, ideally in medical devices, healthcare, PPE, or life sciences
Strong understanding of distributor models and territory coordination
Fluent English and French, plus either German or Dutch
Strong CRM discipline (Salesforce), forecasting, and opportunity management
Ability to run consultative sales conversations with clinical and technical credibility
Proven prospecting skills, including cold outreach and multi-touch campaigns
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and market insights
Willingness to travel approximately 40–50% across assigned territories
