Job Description
Assist in preparation of quantity take-offs and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) from drawings and project specifications.
Support the team in cost estimation and project budgeting activities.
Assist in verification of contractor bills and preparation of interim payment certificates.
Maintain project cost records, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for measurement and progress verification.
Assist in site measurements and quantity verification of completed work.
Support tendering and procurement activities, including preparation of tender documents.
