Your role at SKE
- Providing support to our customers (specialist personnel, PV installers) and SKE partners for all technical questions related to the Huawei photovoltaic product portfolio and PV system solutions
- Handling technical support requests as an expert, including recording and documenting them in the ticketing system
- Assisting with commissioning, e.g. of inverters or battery solutions, via phone or email
- Initial analysis and troubleshooting of faults in PV systems and communicating solutions to our customers and partners
- Supporting customer events and trade fairs as a technical point of contact
What will help you succeed
- Completed education in electrical engineering
- Relevant professional experience in the field of photovoltaics or renewable energy is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, solution-oriented thinking, and ability to work in a team are required
- English fluent, other languages are welcomed
