Job Description
This position is responsible for maintaining the order and cleanliness of the coolers and the storeroom, including product rotation and inventory. The position also keeps the production manager informed about products that must be utilized by expiration date or quality loss and assists in weekly inventory. They are also responsible for order verification upon delivery to the unit. Will assist in tray delivery in emergency situations.
Education And Credentials
High School Diploma or equivalent. One-year experience in food service institutional setting preferred. Experience in inventory practices and procedures preferred.
