Job Description
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of framing, with a focus on multi-family wood projects.
- Supervise punch-out staff and laborers to achieve timely project completion.
- Oversee framing punch lists and provide weekly progress updates.
- Coordinate and schedule material deliveries, including lumber and trusses.
- Lead procurement meetings and ensure seamless materials management.
- Work with other assistant superintendents on siding, flashing, and waterproofing
- Ensure job-site cleanliness and maintain daily standards with subcontractors.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in multi-family wood framing (required)
- Strong knowledge of framing methods, materials, and best practices
- Ability to manage, coordinate, and supervise all framing phases from start to finish
- Supervisory experience in construction management (minimum 3 years preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and other business-related software
- Experience with Procore Construction Management software is a plus.
- High School Diploma or GED required
