Responsibilities:

Job Summary:**

Responsible for performing a variety of civil and mechanical maintenance tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of company facilities and equipment at PT Padang Raya Cakrawala.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on civil infrastructure (e.g., buildings, roads, drainage systems) and mechanical equipment (e.g., pumps, conveyors, machinery).
* Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and civil system malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
* Execute corrective maintenance activities, including component replacement, adjustments, and fabrication as required.
* Operate and maintain a range of hand and power tools, as well as specialized maintenance equipment.
* Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and relevant regulations during all maintenance activities.
* Document maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and time spent, accurately and in a timely manner.
* Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment or infrastructure.
* Collaborate with other maintenance personnel and departments to ensure seamless operations.
* Participate in on-call rotations or emergency response as needed.

Job Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in civil or mechanical maintenance is highly preferred.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar civil and mechanical maintenance role, preferably in an industrial or plant environment.
* Solid understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical principles.
* Proficiency in performing basic civil maintenance tasks, including concrete repair, minor structural work, and plumbing.
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
* Familiarity with safety procedures and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects, work at heights, and in various weather conditions.
* Valid driver's license is a plus.
