Position: Corporate Recruiter

Location: Noida

Department: Talent Acquisition

Shift: US Shift

Job Overview: We are seekinga dynamic and motivated CorporateRecruiter to join our Corporate in-house recruiting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for finding and attracting top talent. This role involves working closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to meet the hiring needs of our US operations.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Talent Acquisition: Source, screen,and interview candidates for various positionswithin the company.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide timely updates on the recruitment process.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Recruitment Marketing and Advertising: Develop and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.

Networking: Build and maintaina network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidateinformation in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Reporting: Provideregular updates and reports on recruitment activities and metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate
  • 2+ years of experience in full life cycle recruitment role.
  • Experience in a Corporate in-house recruiting role strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. 
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Experience providing guidance, coaching, and support to hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
