Junior Network Administrator

Position Overview
We are looking for a Junior Network Administrator to support the lifecycle management of network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and WLAN technologies. This role will focus on ensuring the stability, modernization, and reliability of network services through structured analysis, planning, and execution of infrastructure upgrades and migrations.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct comprehensive obsolescence studies of network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments.
· Identify equipment that is at or approaching End of Life (EoL) and develop actionable replacement and upgrade plans.
· Execute network migration activities following vendor best practices and configuration standards.
· Ensure all changes are aligned with ITIL processes, including change management, incident management, and documentation.
· Support the maintenance and optimization of network performance in critical operational environments.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure minimal disruption during upgrades and migrations.
· Maintain accurate technical documentation and reports related to network assets and lifecycle status.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
· Mid-level knowledge and hands-on experience in network administration due to the critical nature of operations.
· Understanding of LAN, WAN, and WLAN technologies.
· Familiarity with network hardware lifecycle management and EoL/EoS processes.
· Basic knowledge of ITIL framework and service management principles.
· Experience with network configuration and troubleshooting.
