Senior Data Lead (m/f/d)

You will own the Data Governance and Data Process framework for Homecare Europe, including definition, implementation, and continuous operational management of the Data Platform, ensuring long‑term reliability, compliance, and business continuity across multiple countries Also you will lead the execution of multi‑year Data AI transformation roadmap for Homecare RSW, overseeing prioritization, architecture evolution, and execution across multiple countries Additionally you will act as the RSW authority for Data AI architecture, defining standards adopted across Homecare RSW and influencing global architectural decisions Furthermore you will drive cross‑functional governance and represent Data AI in RSW steering committees, ensuring alignment of data strategy with regulatory, clinical, and operational requirements Moreover you will define the target lakehouse architecture and phased roadmap for onboarding priority sources and delivering governed data products (Databricks-first) You will build initial ingestion and transformation pipelines in Databricks using Python/PySpark and SQL (Delta Lake), including incremental loads, backfills, and performance tuning You will be able to implement governance and security with Unity Catalog (catalogs/schemas, access controls, lineage) and define PII handling aligned with GDPR and internal policies Establish data modeling standards and KPI/semantic layer definitions; deliver curated datasets for Power BI and downstream applications/APIs, including guidance on when to use lakehouse/OLAP versus OLTP, NoSQL and key-value stores In addition, you will set engineering standards for CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and runbooks; provide knowledge transfer and handover to internal teams You will actively participate in digitalization and task automation process, contributing to the company´s evolution towards digital transformation
