Job Description

As the Sales Enablement Lead you will be responsible for designing, governing, and continuously evolving the Sales Enablement operating model across the RAF You will ensure that the sales team is equipped with the right capabilities, frameworks, content standards, and enablement infrastructure required to execute commercial strategy effectively and consistently You will own Sales Enablement strategy, prioritisation, and governance, translating commercial and sales leadership objectives into structured enablement roadmaps, capability frameworks, and scalable programs A core accountability of the role is establishing clear governance standards across sales capability development, training approaches, sales methodologies, content lifecycle management, and sales tool adoptions You will leverage enablement usage insights such as training completion, content utilisation, and tool adoption metrics supported by reporting and analytics tools (e.g. Power BI and SalesForce) to assess sales capability Lastly you will own Product Knowledge Enablement governance, ensuring that product and market knowledge is structured, validated, compliant, and embedded into enablement pathways in collaboration with Product Management
