Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for delivering full life cycle recruiting; source, screen and prepare candidates for interviews with hiring managers. The recruiters are the public face of the organization and must have a positive candidate experience from the initial application to the final on-boarding process to carry out the organization's mission, vision and values.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Coordinate and conduct full life-cycle recruitment efforts
· Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to identify expectations and clarify processes
· Source candidates through a variety of methods including online job boards, social media, networking, advertising, email blasts, referrals, and internal transfer/promotion.
- Identify internal and external candidates for vacant positions
· Move candidates through interviewing process, conducting phone screens, recording feedback in HCM, scheduling in-person interviews, sending follow up emails, etc.
· Negotiate pay and other compensation terms with hiring manager and candidates
· Provide a high-level candidate experience by responding to questions professionally and timely and assisting/coordinating any other candidate needs
· Build and maintain business partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders by scheduling routine meetings, discussing and evaluating recruiting strategy, and providing weekly updates.
· Manage the requisition process through the Applicant Tracking System; ensure regulatory aspects of the recruitment process are compliant with company policy and federal/state legislation.
· Build and develop relationships with industry contacts to gain industry knowledge, referrals and leads.
· Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the recruitment process.
· Stay up to date on the latest industry trends, talent acquisition tools and share best practices with the TA team
· Build talent pipeline by continuously sourcing and recruiting candidates for current and future needs
· Attend networking events to build contacts and source new talent; events may include career fairs, professional conferences, college visits.
· Works with other HR and Payroll teams to process talent management transactions and to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they surface when processing transactions
· Maintains a positive working relationship with Talent Development Managers for support in new hire orientation, training and questions related to the recruiting or system processes
- Ensure all the phases of the recruitment and selection process comply with applicable regulations and guidelines

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field required
- One (1) year of recruiting experience or
- Six (6) months of healthcare recruitment experience required.
