This role is a key client-facing position within property and casualty insurance, focused on managing complex claims from end to end while ensuring a high level of service and trust. You will be responsible for investigating, assessing, and resolving claims involving property damage, bodily injury, and accident benefits, using both analytical rigor and sound judgment. The role requires strong negotiation skills as you will interact directly with clients, third parties, and internal stakeholders to reach fair and efficient settlements. You will operate in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment where accuracy, compliance, and timeliness are essential to client satisfaction. Beyond claims handling, you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding members through sensitive and often complex situations.
