Location: Lincoln Park, IL Opportunity Our Kohler Waters Spa team at Lincoln Park offers more than 50 innovative spa services using the healing properties of Earth’s mineral-rich waters and provides an oasis of tranquility in the heart of a bustling Windy City neighborhood. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Providing guests with professional, therapeutic services using treatments such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, and hydrotherapy Informing guests of available services, retail products, and amenities throughout the spa Communicating clearly with guests to gain a full understanding of their concerns and needs prior to every service Offering sincere suggestions for the guest’s benefit to enhance their total wellness and beauty Being knowledgeable of all products and providing customers with accurate information as it relates to your area of expertise Preparing a wellness card for each guest starring products recommend for their home care This is a full-time opportunity working both weekdays and weekends. Shifts vary between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm.
