We hold a leadership position in Duchenne muscular dystrophy (Duchenne) and are building a robust portfolio of programs across muscle, central nervous system, and cardiac diseases. In 2023, we launched our fourth therapy and the first ever gene therapy to treat Duchenne.

The Importance of the Role
The Opportunity to Make a Difference
Gain hands-on experience in balancing routine manufacturing operations with project-based initiatives, helping drive execution while maintaining a strong focus on compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement
Collaborate with technical subject matter experts to design and build reporting frameworks that track manufacturing execution and project-based workstreams (e.g., validations, tech transfers, quality system initiatives), leveraging platforms such as Veeva to enhance visibility into timelines and deliverables
Work closely with stakeholders to define, monitor, and report on key metrics and performance indicators, supporting compliance and operational decision-making, while contributing to the ongoing evolution toward more automated and scalable reporting within existing systems
Drive project-based work independently, managing activities and deliverables within Veeva while gaining broad exposure to project management processes, cross-functional collaboration, and lifecycle management of initiatives entering and exiting the system
Partner with technical mentors to build foundational skills in reporting, systems, and coding, supporting both individual professional development and broader team capabilities
Program Timeline
This application is for a 6-month co-op program that will start on July 13th, 2026, and conclude on December 18th, 2026. This is a full-time, 40 hours a week, co-op program.
More about You
Undergraduate (Junior or Senior) or graduate student pursuing a degree in Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or other life-science related field
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with cGMP and cGDP is a plus
