- Monitoring of the implementation plan and providing monthly progress reports
- Data driven strategic planning for design of the required infrastructure to support the successful implementation of the project.
- Support in drafting detailed proposals for the necessary physical and technological infrastructure, ensuring alignment with project goals
- Oversee and maintain detailed documentation to track and analyse project performance against established KPIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear and measurable KPIs aligned with project objectives.
- Design and implement a robust KPI tracking system to measure project performance against established benchmarks.
- Regularly assess and report on KPI outcomes, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Support in project management preparation of operational and business plans
- Support in preparation of data backed reports and responses to be central and state government authorities
