
Operations Manager
Job Description
The Operations Manager supports the Area General Manager in overseeing daily operations at The Cove at Salem, including hotel accommodations, outdoor events, and live entertainment. This role ensures exceptional guest experiences while driving operational efficiency, revenue growth, and cost control. Responsibilities include training and developing staff, managing labor and payroll, overseeing hotel and venue operations, coordinating event execution, enforcing service standards and policies, and collaborating with department leaders to maintain consistency across all shifts. Experience with live entertainment, event production, and talent booking is highly desirable.
