
Garde Assistant (Athenaeum Hotel Kitchen)
Job Description
The Garde Assistant is responsible for supporting the Garde Manager at the pantry station by performing limited cold-food preparation tasks in accordance with youth employment regulations established by the New York State Department of Labor. This entry-level role focuses on safe, non-hazardous duties that assist kitchen operations while maintaining compliance with minor work restrictions. The Athenaeum Hotel Kitchen supports culinary services for all ten of the Chautauqua Hotel Company's food service operations. Seasonal employment (summer).
