What you'll do...
About the Team:
Manage a big business and be a true subject matter expert in your category. Strategize and choose the assortment in stores and online
What you'll do:
- Lead the strategy and execution for the Women’s Young Adult Collections & Graphics business, driving sales, profitability, and market share through compelling assortments and brand storytelling.
- Build and manage category strategies across branded collections, licensed product, graphics, and seasonal events while balancing customer needs, trend relevance, and financial goals.
- Partner cross-functionally with Digital, Planning, and Marketing teams to bring innovative product to market and deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Develop strong supplier relationships, influence brand direction, and identify opportunities to grow the business through white space, trend insights, and strategic partnerships.
- Own key business metrics including sales, margin, inventory, and P&L performance while leading with a customer-first mindset.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
