Production Supervisor

Your responsibilities 

• Break down production plans into daily and team-level tasks, track progress, and quickly resolve delays or disruptions. 

• Lead on-site production management, ensuring 6S standards, safe operations, and efficient workflows. 

• Establish and monitor quality control processes, analyze issues, and drive corrective and preventive actions. 

• Oversee equipment maintenance, ensure high availability, and enforce safety standards across the workshop. 

• Coordinate and develop the team by planning workforce allocation, training employees, and fostering a positive environment. 

Expectations for you 

• Bachelor’s degree or above. 

• At least 3 years of experience in production workshop management. 

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, CNC, and assembly. 

• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within teams. 

• Good command of spoken and written English.
