Manager, new product & order handling

Are you ready for the next step in your career? Join us as Manager, New Product & Order Handling and take ownership of localized product performance, quality, and cost competitiveness. You will work at the center of product development, collaborating closely with global teams while driving real impact at the Changzhou plant. In this role, you lead technology transfer, localization, and cross-functional coordination to bring new products to life. You will also act as a key link between customers, engineering, sales, and production, ensuring delivery excellence and continuous improvement. 

Your responsibilities 

• Lead new product localization, technology transfer projects, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful development and operations. 

• Manage product cost, build cost models, and drive competitiveness improvements together with internal teams. 

• Act as the main contact for customer projects, overseeing execution from engineering to delivery and warranty closure. 

• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and supply chain to provide technical support, optimize solutions, and ensure quality delivery. 

• Monitor product performance, collect customer feedback, and drive continuous improvement with the global product team. 

Expectations for you 

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field. 

• More than 7 years of experience with strong understanding of product functionality, operation, and troubleshooting. 

• Strong communication and coordination skills in a global or virtual team environment. 

• Systematic thinking and solid documentation skills. 

• Good command of written and spoken English.
