Sr Coordinator customer quality Excellence

Zhangjiang,Shanghai

 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Quality (QA) contact for customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer quality requests (e.g. questionnaires, quality statements, technical issues)
  • Support and coordinate customer complaint handling in line with quality standards and customer expectations
  • Build and maintain strong Customer QA relationships, supporting global and regional key accounts
  • Drive continuous improvement of customer QA processes, tools, and standard documentation
  • Provide QA support to sales, marketing, and cross‑functional projects, representing the customer quality voice internally

You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field
  • Several years of Quality Assurance experience in animal feed, food, or premix industries
  • Solid knowledge of Food Hygiene standards, HACCP, ISO certifications, and production processes
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset with experience in customer QA management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, CRM systems, Power BI, with fluent English and Chinese
