Patient Flow Manager MDA-RN

The Flow Manager’s primary responsibility is to facilitate flow through the Infusion care area. He/she will delegate care to the infusion nurses, medical assistants, phlebotomists, schedulers and patient service representatives and assign patients, ensuring that workload is balanced. Tasks will be delegated appropriately, employing resources as needed to assure quality and efficient care.
