Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
JD for Asst Manager- O Band
- Ensuring smooth functioning of store department.
- Working experience in SAP must
- Control Over the Inventory movement viz receipts to internal issuance and dispatches of FG
- Establish and improving the procedure for control over the physical variance of Inventory and safe preservations.
- Co-ordination with production for availability of inventory on shop floor. Ensure Zero production loss due to unavailability of Inventory.
- Analytical approaches towards maintaining the buffer stock of inventory. Analysis Trend, availability, and certain changes in demand planning.
- Timely execution Information pertain to Slow moving, Non- moving and dead inventory in terms of value and volume.
- Smooth conduct of external audits compliances.
- Timely fulfillments of legal compliance related to storage operations and warehouse fall under GST and transit rules for moving of inventory as stock transfer/Direct sales etc.
- Preparation of E-invoices /E way Bills and documentation for logistics activity
- Meeting MIS and other information flow.
- Various Inventory related MIS
- Receipts, Documentation, storage and preservation and safe material handling.
- Optimum utilization of space and maintaining inventory in Order,Ease to handle as per batch managements /FIFO .
- Implementing and smooth conduct of 5S and KAIZEN practices in stores functions
- To take disposal action recommendation on the identified non–compliances
- To implement ISO 9001 QMS, ISO 14001 EMS and ISO 45001 in the department.
- all inventory movement control through SAP. Goods knowledge of SAP’s and its T-code
Experience
7 to 10 years
Industry Preferred
Qualifications
Bsc/ M.sc in Agri
