Your Role at Cabot
This will be a great opportunity to gain basic knowledge and experience in the Accounts Payable and Purchasing department, working alongside experienced professionals.
How You Will Make an Impact
Printing Invoices – Print invoices for specific regions (e.g., France, Spain, Italy).
Processing Simple Invoices – Enter basic invoice details into the company's system
Matching Invoices – Help match invoices with purchase orders – to boost Invoice Smash usage.
Email Handling – Forward or sort invoice-related emails to the correct team members.
What You Will Bring to Cabot
Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
Willingness to learn about accounting and procurement processes.
Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility.
Additional information
Salary: 780 EUR/gross.
Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:30.
Employment duration: 2 months (July & August).
