We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist for our growing practice in Yakima WA. This position is 100% outpatient care, with excellent work life balance with a 4-day work week, providing exemplary patient care for established and new patients. Must be an excellent team player and work well with other providers in our team-based treatment approach. We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist for our growing practice in Yakima WA. This position is 100% outpatient care, with excellent work life balance with a 4-day work week, providing exemplary patient care for established and new patients. Duties:
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions focused on rehabilitation, mobility, and function
- Educate patients on exercise, injury prevention, posture, and body mechanics
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to integrated care planning
Schedule:
- Full time (Mon-Thurs)
Compensation (range):
- $95k – $125k (DOE) plus bonus compensation
- PTO
