Business Systems Analyst

Reporting to the Manager, Business Systems, the Business Systems Analyst is a hands-on subject matter expert responsible for the day-to-day support, configuration, enhancement delivery, and governance execution for core business platforms — including the ERP (JD Edwards, E1), WMS, EDI, and related systems. This role consolidates responsibilities previously distributed across application support and integration analysis functions, serving as a single, accountable contributor for both operational stability and continuous improvement delivery within the business systems domain.
