Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team, supporting the Utah and and southern Idaho territories. Responsibilities:
Sales:• Close sales and secure orders for TMMI products.• Coordinate sales activities for assigned accounts.• Enter data consistently and accurately into CRM (Salesforce).• Develop and execute a market penetration plan to increase client base and revenue.Business Development:• Identify and acquire new customers for TMMI.• Conduct cold-calling and set appointments with key contacts.• Focus on relationship building, lead generation, and solution selling.• Generate new business leads through various channels (LinkedIn, cold-calling, etc.).• Stay informed on emerging and existing industrial IoT technology.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering preferred.• 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in industrial automation or related fields.• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect quickly with others.• Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivation.• Proficient with general computer applications.Position Details:• Location: Murray, UT office.• Schedule: Monday to Friday with flexibility within core working hours.• Infrequent travel required.• Mileage for customer visits reimbursed through monthly expense reports.• Competitive salary with total compensation, ranging from $85,000 to $200,000 annually.• Benefits include LTD and Life insurance, Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, and 401(k) with employer match.
Compensation This is a full-time position offering a combination of base salary and performance-based bonuses, paid quarterly.
