Business Support Expert
Job Description
Business Support Expert
We are seeking a highly structured and detail‑oriented professional to provide the “management system backbone” for the Group Maintenance Management System (MSM). This role combines business excellence discipline with executive operations coordination to ensure that MSM standards remain auditable, consistently deployed, and sustained across all sites and SSC.
Drive the Group MSM assurance framework, maintain governance discipline, and ensure transparency, compliance, and operational control without taking ownership of local execution or analytics. This role safeguards the integrity of the MSM through risk‑based assurance checks, corrective action governance, and the smooth operation of cross‑country governance routines.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Group’s MSM assurance framework, including risk focus, audit calendar, checklists, evidence standards, scoring, and reporting.
Conduct targeted assurance checks across sites/SSC to verify adherence to MSM standards and data discipline.
Govern corrective action closure, ensuring owners, deadlines, and effectiveness verification are rigorously managed.
Maintain the controlled MSM standards repository, including versioning, change logs, access rights, and controlled distribution.
Support internal/external audit readiness by standardizing evidence packs and readiness checklists.
Provide assurance insights to governance bodies, highlighting recurring deviations and systemic gaps.
Run the MSM leadership operating rhythm: agendas, minutes, action logs, decision registers, follow‑up discipline.
Maintain governance calendars, distribution lists, monthly governance packs, and escalation tracking.
Support the Group MSM organization with executive coordination, workshop logistics, and preparation of materials.
Coordinate input collection and consolidation for PRM cycles, ensuring completeness, structured follow‑up, and documentation hygiene.
Requirements
University degree in engineering, economics, or finance
3+ years of experience in maintenance performance/assurance/reporting or corporate operational support in industrial environments
Strong stakeholder management across multiple countries
Evidence‑based working style with a compliance and assurance mindset
High discipline in coordination, documentation, and governance routines
Fluent English
Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration/document management tools (Teams/SharePoint)
B‑category driving licence
Willingness to travel ~10%
