Your Day-to-Day at Eatable Adventures
As an Innovation Intern focused on Open Innovation, your daily routine is dynamic and deeply integrated into our consulting projects. Here is a detailed look at what you will be doing:
Global Startup Scouting: You will spend time navigating international databases and ecosystems to find startups that solve specific 'pain points' for our corporate clients (e.g., new alternative proteins or smart packaging).
Technology Mapping: You will categorize and evaluate startups based on their Technology Readiness Level (TRL) and business maturity, ensuring they are a fit for corporate pilots.
Supporting 'Call 4 Startups': Managing the backend of our application platforms, ensuring all startup applications are complete and ready for the evaluation committee.
Benchmarking: Analyzing what other global food players are doing in terms of sustainability and tech adoption to provide strategic context for our projects.
Pilot Project Coordination: Assisting in the administrative and logistical tracking of pilot projects (PoCs) between startups and corporations, ensuring milestones are documented.
Trend Scouting & Strategic Insight: Researching emerging technologies in the food value chain to help create 'Inspiration Decks' that challenge our corporate clients' current strategies.
