As a Senior Innovation Consultant, you will be a key driver in our Delivery Excellence unit. You will lead strategic consulting projects, manage open innovation programs, and act as a bridge between corporate partners, startups, and investors to shape the future of AgrifoodTech.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Leadership & Delivery Excellence
Lead Innovation Projects: Oversee strategic consulting projects for leading food companies, ensuring high-quality execution and business case development.
Methodology Mastery: Apply advanced knowledge of professional disciplines and industry-leading methodologies for innovation strategy and open innovation programs.
Operational Optimization: Influence the direction of new services and processes; identify resources needed to optimize area operations.
2. Client Engagement & Advisory
Strategic Advisory: Maintain a proactive, investigative, and advisory attitude toward corporate innovation teams, anticipating potential needs and identifying new business opportunities.
Relationship Management: Effectively manage established links and relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and revenue growth.
3. Mentorship & Team Impact
Indirect Leadership: Provide guidance and support in team development; mentor less experienced members and encourage collaboration, even without formal management duties.
Culture of Accountability: Promote a culture of accuracy and thoroughness, auditing work processes to correct inefficiencies.
