Jayman BUILT is seeking a Senior Area Sales Manager - a key driver in building the early identity and anticipation of Nostalgia Townlet which isn't just a community — it's a once-in-a-generation landmark. A 560-acre European-inspired townlet rising above the Bow River in southeast Calgary, anchored by a 155-ft clock tower, a 400,000 sq.ft. private social club, and a vision unlike anything else in North America.

A day in the life of Senior Area Sales Manager for The Nostalgia Townlet:

  • Reporting to and working closely with the Director of Sales and Customer Experience.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day scheduling of the team.
  • Monitoring activities of the team and ensure we are providing the customer experience expected.
  • Cognizant of appointments being made with our Area Sales Manager’s to actively engage with the customers.
  • Responsible for achieving the monthly sales budget.
  • Coach Ambassadors/Demonstrators on demonstrations and discovery.

What you will bring to the table:

Proven leadership:

  • 5+ years in new home in a senior or management sales role. A track record of leading teams to exceed goals in a competitive market.
  • Provable success in meeting and exceeding sales and customer service targets for a minimum of 2 years.

Community & Luxury Acumen:

  • Ability to sell vision and lifestyle, brand and customer experience. Experience with master-planned or luxury communities is a distinct asset.

New Home Experience:

  • Deep understanding of the new home sales process — presales, construction phases, possession milestones, and the emotional journey buyers go through.

People-First Leader:
