Jayman BUILT is seeking an Area Sales Manager - a key driver in building the early identity and anticipation of Nostalgia Townlet which isn't just a community — it's a once-in-a-generation landmark. A 560-acre European-inspired townlet rising above the Bow River in southeast Calgary, anchored by a 155-ft clock tower, a 400,000 sq.ft. private social club, and a vision unlike anything else in North America.

A day in the life of Area Sales Manager for The Nostalgia Townlet:
- Working closely with the Senior Area Sales Manager and reporting directly to the Director of Sales and Customer Experience.
- As an Area Sales Manager you are free of any encumbrances of the daily operations in the sales centre.
- Concierge and Ambassador/Demonstrators are responsible for registering, booking appointments, initial tours and discussion of wants/needs.
- After the initial tour the Area Sales Manager will meet with the potential customers.
- Once a hold or agreement is written the ASM will “own” the customer, cradle to grave.
- Including follow ups, updates, customers meetings through to possession.
What you will bring to the table:
- 3-5 years of residential sales experience with proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Experience providing coaching, mentorship, or leadership within a sales environment.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with customers and teammates.
- A customer-first mindset and passion for creating outstanding homebuying experiences while respecting, maintaining the Jayman core values.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- A self-motivated, goal driven personality with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, when buyers are most active.
