Overview We are looking for a Senior Benefits Account Executive to join a growing, high-performing team, supporting a portfolio of 15–20 large, complex, predominantly self-funded clients. This is a role for someone who thrives in complexity, enjoys leading strategic conversations, and is confident partnering with senior stakeholders. Here, you won’t just manage accounts, you will shape strategy, influence decisions at the highest level, and make a lasting impact. How you'll make an impact In this role, you will act as a trusted strategic partner to your clients, leading sophisticated benefits conversations and delivering tailored, high-impact solutions. You will: Manage a portfolio of 15–20 complex, self-funded accounts, ensuring strategic oversight and service excellence Build strong, credible relationships with C-Suite stakeholders, guiding decision-making through data-driven insights Lead strategic conversations, helping clients navigate risk, cost management, and long-term benefits planning Own and drive the renewal process, collaborating with internal specialists and producers Identify opportunities to expand services and deepen partnerships Work closely with a collaborative, growing team, contributing to shared success and continuous improvement Deliver measurable outcomes across client retention, satisfaction, and growth Travel up to 25% of the time to meet with clients and strengthen relationships This is a role where your voice matters, and where your expertise directly shapes client strategy and business outcomes. About You Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of client-facing benefits experience (or equivalent experience) Proven ability to manage complex accounts and competing priorities Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-Suite executives Strong communication and consultative skills Active Life & Health license (or ability to obtain) Highly self-driven, organized, and results-oriented Preferred Experience with self-funded and complex benefit structures Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret data into strategy Experience working in a collaborative, fast-growing environment #LI-Hybrid Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
