Stone Security LLC, a BearCom company, is a fast-growing security integration company.  We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Office Administrator to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.

Job Summary

As an Branch Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the day-to-day administrative operations of our office are efficient and well-managed.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming orders
• Complete order fulfillment from the warehouse
• Maintain a highly organized warehouse space
• Track orders
• Manage office supplies and inventory; place orders as needed
• Assist with company events
• Support management and team with administrative tasks as needed

 

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• NetSuite experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs
