Lead Mechanical Dimensional Inspector III

The Lead, Mechanical/Dimensional Inspector is responsible for performance of complex mechanical inspection per the technical documentation provided using pre-trained and determined methods to determine product acceptability. The Lead, Mechanical/Dimensional Inspector will participate in continuous improvement efforts through development of enhanced fixturing and inspection methods. This position is generally intended for highly experienced inspection individuals. They serve as an inspection subject matter expert in a team environment, consulting and offering guidance to internal team members. Operating both independently and in a team environment, they will collaborate with production leads, operators, and QC leads on all shifts to ensure effective communication on shift turnover emails.
