Maintenance Technician - The Lakes of Columbia

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for our Lakes of Columbia location. This community has 154 units and is located right off Highway 142, about 10 minutes from downtown Columbia, TN. As the Maintenance Technician, you are responsible in aiding all general maintenance of the apartment community. This includes routine and preventive maintenance, turnover maintenance, and other duties to maintain the property.
