Key job responsibilities
* Support global go-to-market execution with a focus on US, CA, UK, DE, and AU markets
* Create go-to-market collateral that clearly showcases IMDb's advertising capabilities and value proposition
* Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g. product, program, events, legal/PR) to translate IMDb's capabilities into customer-facing narratives that resonate with sellers across diverse marketplaces
* Build and maintain an ad solutions toolkit for sales inclusive of marketing collateral, launch announcements, case studies, vertical insights, sizzle reels, and one-sheets
* Collect and synthesize customer feedback to inform prioritization and innovation for product roadmaps, betas, sponsorships, and creative formats
* Own internal sales communications that surface inventory opportunities, product updates, and critical deadlines to support pipeline conversion
* Analyze campaign performance data and market trends to support development of compelling narratives that drive sales conversations

The IMDb Ad Specialists Team is a dedicated group of Sales and Go-To-Market Specialists focused on developing compelling advertising packages and strategies to enable sales and drive demand for IMDb's ad solutions. We lead with customer obsession, laser-focused on growing our advertising business while growing as individuals. - 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using managed ML/AI solutions
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
